REACH

For the chemical industry REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) is one of the major tasks for the next years. The european legislation demands from every company on the market to register each manufactered or imported substance starting with the half-year pre-registration phase on 1^st June 2008. For every registered substance sold more than 1 t per year the company has to provide information about toxicological data, environmental fate and others depending on the sold volumina.

The Data from the Pre-Registration phase can be downloaded from REACH-IT as an XML file. We provide a tool (PreSIEFViewer) for reading and converting XML files to Excel ready for import into any other database for further analyses.

The final information for registration has to be submited in a special file format, too. These files can be created using the free database tool IUCLID 5 provided by the European Commission. Nevertheless, IUCLID 5 is a great but complicated application and is most usefull in a client-server based installation. We offer support and trainings in IUCLID 5 administration and usage. In addition to that we offer the hosting of IUCLID 5 so that you can focus your strengths on generating and filling the data.
